What is the return policy?
Customized products cannot be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials. We value all our customers and go to great lengths to try to ensure that every order that leaves our facility is correct. Claims for defects must be made in writing within 3 business days of receiving the order. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before agreeing to any refund or replacement. If Creative Stitches, Inc. is responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will work with you to determine a plan of action to correct the error(s).
How to care for my order?
To ensure image longevity and vibrant-ness, we recommend machine washing garments in cold water and tumble dry on low. All goods should be washed prior to wearing.
When will I get my order?
All orders must be placed by November 1st. Please allow up to 15 business days for Creative Stitches, Inc. to process your order, after which additional time to collect and pass out completed orders will he added.
Orders will be available for pick-up at the studio.
